After being utterly abused by Legal Aid and the justice system for 6 years in regards to a friend who had been wrongly convicted and imprisoned for a crime, by a magistrate who committed multiple fatal errors in his judgement, we were in a very dark place and had nowhere to turn. I mentioned our struggles to Carlo, who immediately jumped into action and offered to assist us at a very low cost.

There was no way that we were able to afford the fees quoted by other attorneys.

Carlo put together an excellent argument and managed to get condonation and my friend was granted an application for leave to appeal. Carlo has travelled from one side of the country, to the other to represent someone who could not otherwise afford such fine legal representation.
